Adherent Member

  • Meets all criteria / recognized Living Labs
  • Membership fee:

700 EUR / year

or

2100 EUR / 3years

Accepted to Grow Member

  • Promising LL not yet fully mature
  • Certification valid: 1 year
  • Requirements: Attend Virtual Learning Lab course
  • Fee: 700eur / year + possible re-evaluation (600 EUR)

Rejection

  • If criteria not met, application may be rejected
  • Replication possible once feedback has been addressed

How to become an ENoLL Member or Innovation Partner?

Are You Eligible?

  • Be a legally established organisation
  • Align with Living Lab principles
  • Demonstrate co-creation & participatory methods
  • Demonstrate multi-stakeholder collaboration
  • Show operational maturity
  • Provide documentation & evidence
  • Complete the self-assessment
  • Submit qualitative application form
  • Pay evaluation fee

Certification Process

Step 1 - Contact ENoLL Office

Request application materials + self-assesment tool

Step 2 - Complete Documentation

Submit:

  • Self-assesment
  • Application form + Attachments (in one PDF)
  • Proof of payment (600 EUR)

Step 3 - Evaluation by Independent Experts

Assessed on:

  • Quality
  • Maturity
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • LL principles

Step 4 - General Assembly Approval

If your application passes evaluation, it proceeds to formal approval by the ENoLL General Assembly.

Step 5 - Receive Outcome + Evaluation Report

Each participant receives:

  • Final decision (Adherent, Accepted to Grow, or Rejection)
  • Detailed feedback report
  • Recommendations for improvement and future growth

Evaluation Blocks

Applications may be submitted year-round, but evaluations occur in two annual blocks:

  • Block 1: March 31 – May 31
  • Block 2: October 31 – December 15

 

Deadlines for submitting complete written applications:

  • March 31 (for Block 1)
  • October 31 (for Block 2)

Innovation Partnership applications (for non-Living Lab entities) are evaluated on a rolling basis by the ENoLL Secretariat.
